• Active AL 2511 : HH - GENEVA*3037*Mid-South HH Agency LLC license

  
• 2+ years of Rehabilitation - Rehab experience

  
• Ability to clear a drug screen/background check

  
• This position begins on 11/30/2020 and ends on 02/26/2021
