Duties & Responsibilities - Provide high-quality hematology and oncology care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the EMR system.
- Participate in clinical consultations and patient evaluations as required.
- Adhere to facility policies, credentialing standards, and quality of care guidelines.
