Schedule
Variable 12-hour shifts available:
Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 7:45 PM
Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
Current priority need:
June 19–22, 2026
Night shift coverage: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
Providers able to offer 10–30 shifts per month highly preferred
Clinical Responsibilities
Emergency Department coverage for all patient populations
ED rounding and patient management
Physician may work solo part of the time

Critical Access Hospital
Adult Level IV Trauma Center
Emergency Department includes:
9 private monitored rooms
2 trauma/resuscitation bays
3 triage/treatment rooms
Annual ED volume: 12,000+ visits
Average daily census: 35–45 patients
Hospital privileges only — no clinic responsibilities
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
ABEM or AOBEM certification required
Active Oregon license required at presentation
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
ATLS certification required
Epic proficiency required
Providers must provide documentation of emergency medicine clinical activity within the previous 24 months
Recent graduates may provide training logs in place of case logs
Additional Information
All orientation hours billable
No call required

Providers must be comfortable in a rural emergency medicine environment with intermittent solo coverage"
