    • AUGUST 10 - 14  
    • AUGUST 24 - 28              
    • SEPT 8 - 11 (4 DAYS, No Labor Day)  
    • SEPT 21 - 25  
    • SEPT 28 - OCT 2  
    • OCT 5 - 9  
    • OCT 19 - 23  
    • OCT 26 - 30  
    • NOVEMBER 2 - 6  
    • NOVEMBER 9 - 13  
    • NOVEMBER 23 - 27(4 days, No Thanksgiving)  
    • NOV 30 - DEC 4  
    • DECEMBER 14 - 18  
    • DECEMBER 21 - 24 (4 DAYS, No Christmas Day)  
    • DECEMBER 28 - 31 (4 DAYS, No New Years Day)     
    • **Provider also needs to attend in person Orientation (7.30 am to 5pm) preferably Friday before the Monday Start (or within 2 weeks before the start date)**  
    • Will have ongoing dates
      
  • Shifts:  
        
    • Monday to Friday, No Call, No weekends  
    • 7 am to 4 pm with a 30 minute lunch (8.5 hour days)  
    • Overtime after 4pm
      
  • Setting:  
        
    • Hospital setting
      
  • Cases:  
        
    • Will read plain films & CTs, mostly STAT's from ER  
    • Ultrasound and MRI preferred but not required  
    • General Diagnostic readings, no call    
    • Volume expectancy is as much as can do (Usually between 50-90)  
    • No Procedures, no flouro, no mammo
      
  • EMR:  
        
    • GE PACS w/ PowerScribe dictation  
    • Epic EMR
      
  • Board Certification:  
        
    • BC or BE Diagnostic Radiologist
      
  • Credentialing timeline: 
        
    • 60 - 90 days   
    • Emergency privileges available with clean background
      
  • Requirements: 
        
    • Active IN license (Will consider IMLC)  
    • BLS
