We're seeking experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care on our Acute Pulmonary Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, private-room unit equipped with telemetry, serving adolescent to geriatric patients. Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical or specialized pulmonary care setting

  • Valid nursing license and certification (RN)

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience working in telemetry units

  • Additional certifications in pulmonary or critical care nursing

  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

  • At least 2 years of comparable experience in a hospital setting, preferably in acute pulmonary care



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to work 7pm-7am shifts on a rotating schedule

  • Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment

  • No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility

  • Must be able to provide care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
