Practice Overview: 

• Full-time Physician Assistant on-site 
• Schedule: 2-3 days telehealth patient visits 
• 2 days phone availability to go over labs, patient care & administrative duties 
• Average 12-15 patients/day 
• On-site Rehabilitation Therapist 
• Hospital would like for the new physician to come on-site either quarterly or every 6 months (flexible)
