• 400-bed, Level II Trauma Center with 16-bed ICU
• Intensivists work eight-hour days (7 on/7 off), nights, and are managed by Hospitalists and NPs 
• 12-14 Average Daily Census
• $475,000K+ as annual base compensation
• $40K Quality Bonus
• $50,000 Signing Bonus, $150K Student Loan assistance
• 3 weeks PTO = 162 Shifts, Extra Shifts $3300 per
• Central Lines, Arterial Lines, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Vent Management, Chest Tube Insertions, Tracheostomy, Bronchoscopy
