    • Need 6/22 - Ongoing
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    •  Monday - Friday 8am-5pm  
    • Needing 4 days per week of coverage 
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Outpatient facility   
    • Will see ages 12+ (mostly older population)  
    • EMR: ECW
      
  • Census:
        
    • average 20 pts per day 
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • CMA and full office staff  
    • Sole provider 
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All bread and Butter primary care   
    • Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Facility will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active SC state license   
    • Active DEA in SC or willing to transfer   
    • BLS
