    •  Coverage: 37.28 MD and 27.57 NPPA  
    • Shift Times MD: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 3p-12a, 9p-7a Monday  
    • 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Tuesday  
    • 6:30a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Wednesday-Friday  
    • 7a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Saturday & Sunday
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Free standing ER  
    • 45-Bed ED (5 triage)  
    • Level 3 trauma center 
      
  • Call: 
        
    • Specialty backup on call   
    • Backup/Specialty Services Surgery, Neuro, Cardiology, OBGYN, Ortho
      
  • Census:
        
    • Annual volume 40000
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • MA, RN, NP/PA
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures 
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • EPIC
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active OH state license or IMLC  
    • Active DEA in OH or willing to transfer   
    • ATLS, ACLS, PALS
