Description - 6:30a-3p or 6:30a-5p, M-F, 8 or 10 hour shifts - Weekday call - 16 hours - Must include 2.5 hours gratis - Weekend Call - 24 hour - Must include 4 hours gratis. - All case types except cardiac - Setting: Inpatient - Duties: ACT environment with cases including ortho, pediatric, neurology, urology and limited craniotomy cases. - No heart cases. 95% supervision with the 5% being GI suite which is independent - Cases per week: Total volumes average about 200 cases per week. - CRNA's average 3 cases per 8 hours Skills - NBCRNA - Required - BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required - ND license - Preferred - Covid-19 Vaccination - Required - Must indicate ongoing availability (# of shifts per month) - Required * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
