Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Surgeon for a 90-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Jul 24, 2026. This role involves 24-hour shifts from 6a to 6a, focusing on a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures including general surgery, laparoscopic surgery, chest wall/pleural procedures, and various gastrointestinal and vascular access interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties - Perform General Surgery (Adult, Pediatric, Neonate, Trauma)
- Conduct Laparoscopic Surgery (Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty)
- Execute Chest wall/pleural procedures
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy
- Conduct Sigmoidoscopy
- Perform Chest tube insertion
- Execute Central line insertion
- Insert Vascular access devices
- Address Artesias (Esophageal, Intestinal, Biliary)
- Manage Gastroschisis
- Treat Umbilical defects (Hernia, Omphalocele)
