Responsibilities include setting and enforcing policies, supervising dentists/hygienists, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, strategic planning, community representation, integration with medical/behavioral services, and overseeing operations such as staffing, scheduling, infection control, and patient access. The role combines administrative leadership with direct patient care and strategic program growth.
