Position Description:
- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing.
- Preferred Schedule: 6AM - 6PM, 6PM - 6AM
- Worksite Setting: ER. Trauma level IV, beds in department: 9 (Nason); 6 (Miners).
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, patients per shift varies.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ, BC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, FM/IM w/ ED experience or ED Boarded.
- Physicians who are boarded in Emergency Medicine are not required to provide BLS, ACLS, PALS or ATLS certification.
- Prefer clean malpractice history/NPDB.
- EMR: Epic.
- Additional details: Preference for providers that could cover dates at both facilities.
Dates Needed: Jun 6,8, 11-14, 17 and July 4, 9, 18, 22
