Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a PCU or similar unit

  • Proficiency in conscious sedation, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring

  • Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

  • Epic Electronic Health Record experience is mandatory

  • Current BLS, ACLS; NIH certification preferred to enhance your qualifications



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with vent management and telemetry systems beyond basic requirements

  • Additional certifications or specialized training in critical care or emergency nursing



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Degree in Nursing (Associates or Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution

  • Proven track record of excellent patient care in a busy acute care setting with at least 2 years of ICU or PCU experience



Other Requirements:


  • Active nursing license valid in the state

  • Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including some weekends on an EOW schedule

  • Ability to adapt to float assignments within similar units

  • Willing to travel for licensure, certification, or reimbursement purposes as applicable
