What You’ll Bring:


  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting

  • Proficiency with MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, and interpretation of dysrhythmias

  • Hands-on experience with IV therapy, blood product administration, and line management (PICC, central, peripheral)

  • Ability to utilize Rapid Response Teams effectively

  • Strong infection prevention and patient fall prevention knowledge

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills



Nice to Have:


  • ONS Chemotherapy Certification

  • NIHSS certification

  • Experience with Epic electronic medical records

  • Prior experience caring for leukemia or hematology patients



Preferred Education & Experience:


  • Valid RN licensure and active certifications

  • At least 2 years of acute care experience, especially in hematology/oncology wards



Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights

  • Ability to self-schedule to optimize your work-life balance

  • Flexibility to accommodate department staffing needs, with shifts reviewed every four weeks
