Schedule: 8:30a to 5:00p. Includes week of Aug 10 to Aug 14 plus three days per week for subsequent weeks, then one day Aug 31 to Sep 1 (per Order notes)

Average patient volume noted as 20 in office per day (per Order notes)

Practice includes 6 exam rooms and onsite lab services with noted provider and nursing support (per Order notes)

Required Qualifications

Board certified Pediatrics (per Order notes)

BLS and PALS (per Order notes)
