Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Ohio

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with hematologic and oncologic disorders
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Administer chemotherapy and other specialized treatments
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio (or willing to get)
• Certification in Hematology and Oncology preferred
• Prior experience in a hematology/oncology setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
