Nurse Practitioner, Oncology/Hematology in Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Oncology/Hematology team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and hematology care, with a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and manage patient symptoms and side effects
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care
• Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Oncology/Hematology
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio (or willing to get)
• Certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (ONP-C) preferred
• Prior experience in oncology or hematology setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
