Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology in Las Vegas, NV

 

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to neonatal patients and their families.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on neonatal care and preventative measures
• Participate in rounds, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

 

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada (or willing to get)
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
