Description The Charge Nurse is an RN who provides quality nursing care to the residents on a Skilled Nursing unit. The Charge Nurse is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, which includes the supervision of other professional and non-professional team members. Skills 1. Dedicated to providing high quality care 2. Caring and compassionate 3. Graduate of an approved school of nursing 4. Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse 5.
