Required Skills:


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

  • Minimum of 3 years of Urology practice experience

  • Proficiency in general urology procedures, including ureteroscopies

  • Active PA license or IMLC License of Qualification in hand

  • DEA certification

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with EPIC EMR system

  • Familiarity with hospital-based urology practices

  • Ability to perform advanced urologic procedures

  • Previous experience in a multi-provider practice setting



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

  • At least 3 years of post-residency Urology experience

  • Prior hospital and clinic coverage experience preferred



Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to provide coverage during scheduled times, including short-term hospital rounds and consults

  • Department staffed with experienced team members, including medical assistants, LPN, and practice management

  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care in a modern, renovated facility

  • Travel expenses, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements covered when applicable



This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $443.43, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
