Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Elevate Patient Care in a Dynamic Hospital Environment

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia services at Moses Cone, a leading healthcare facility. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse specialties, including general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma.
- Float seamlessly between multiple ORs and locations, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting (60+ cases per day).
- Work within a state-of-the-art environment utilizing Drager anesthesia machines, Philips monitoring, and EPIC EMR.
- Provide coverage approximately 4-5 shifts per month with flexible scheduling, primarily day shifts from 7AM to 3PM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certified CRNA with active North Carolina state license.
- 1-2 years of professional anesthesia practice (no new graduates).
- Certified in ACLS and PALS.
- Ability to float across multiple departments and adapt to different patient needs.
- Experience with vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Drager anesthesia systems and Philips monitoring.
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting managing high patient volumes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Qualified CRNA with at least 1-2 years of recent clinical practice.
- Experienced with EPIC EMR system.
- Willingness to license for a Compact license (no new licensing required).
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work flexible, full-time schedule including occasional floating between locations.
- Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving clinical needs.
- No travel needed; local licensing required.
