Join Our Leading Cardiology Department as an Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner
Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner seeking an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in electrophysiology within a dynamic hospital setting? We are looking for a skilled Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to support our Level IV Trauma Center, contributing to innovative patient care and advancing your professional journey. This full-time contract position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work in a state-of-the-art environment from July 27, 2026.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven expertise in electrophysiology procedures and patient management
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Cerner
- Ability to support staff and handle a high-volume patient load
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with MRI device programming and tilt table tests
- Previous hospital-based electrophysiology support
- Familiarity with trauma center operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with active state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of electrophysiology or cardiology experience
- Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to obtain licensure in our state if required
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing expected within 60 days; full licensing support provided
- Ability to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
- Travel reimbursement included; full paid travel, hotel, rental car, and flight costs
- Shift pay at 1.2x after 10 hours per day and on major holidays
