What You Will Do:

As a Psychiatrist specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you’ll provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for young patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support children and teens through their mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering positive outcomes and promoting resilience in our youth.


Required Skills:


  • Medical license in Massachusetts (MA) in good standing

  • Board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

  • Completion of Child and Adolescent CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training

  • Proven ability to assess and treat pediatric mental health conditions

  • Strong communication skills with children, adolescents, and their families

  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with outpatient and inpatient settings

  • Training in trauma-informed care or family therapy

  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

  • Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting

  • Active licensure and certification in pediatric mental health



Other Requirements:


  • Must hold valid MA licensure and Child and Adolescent CPI training certification

  • Willing to participate in a weekly schedule starting on 05/16/2026

  • Willingness to travel for professional development or inter-facility coverage if needed

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensing and CPR certifications
