Required Skills:


  • Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure

  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including ESI injections and pain management

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • On-call availability with the ability to report to the hospital within 20 minutes during on-call periods



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience in obstetric anesthesia and trauma cases

  • Ability to perform a variety of anesthesia procedures beyond core competencies

  • Adaptability to different scheduling arrangements including two-week on/two-week off rotations



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program

  • Minimum of 2+ years of CRNA practice, preferably in acute care or hospital settings

  • Certification in advanced pain management procedures



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to work night shifts (4x10-hour shifts, 19:00 - 05:00)

  • Flexibility to accommodate case days on Mondays and Wednesdays, with scheduled cases on Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Willingness to travel and required to accommodate lodging and travel reimbursements when applicable

  • Compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
