What You'll Do:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with breathing disorders. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver top-tier respiratory care, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This PRN contract role offers flexible hours, perfect for professionals looking to expand their experience or supplement their income.


Required Skills:


  • Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

  • Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and procedures

  • Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and patients



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Prior experience in acute care or critical care settings

  • Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment and technology

  • Additional certifications or training related to respiratory therapy



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy



Other Requirements:


  • Availability to work full 12-hour shifts on the day shift (7A-7P) from June 8, 2026

  • Willingness to travel for assignments when necessary

  • Commitment to maintaining CPR accreditation and state licensure
