Required Skills:
- Active Medical License in Oregon
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC)
- Current DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with inpatient and in-house call coverage
- Ability to demonstrate case logs from the past 24 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous locum or hospital-based experience
- Ability to perform both day and night shifts
- Experience with clinic coverage, if needed
- Comfort with virtual interviews and remote collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior experience in inpatient settings and on-call duties
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 09/01/2026 and commit to ongoing coverage
- Willingness to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
- Local candidates highly preferred due to onsite amenities like sleep rooms
- Have up-to-date case logs and necessary licensure documents ready for credentialing
- Credentialing process takes approximately 90 days
