Join Our Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Practice!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic family practice team. What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to a diverse patient population, managing chronic conditions, acute issues, and preventive health needs. Your expertise will support smooth patient flow, ensuring timely chart closures within 72 hours and maintaining a minimum of 18 patients per day. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and promote overall wellness.


Required Skills:


  • Valid and active DEA license

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting

  • Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patients

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities

  • Ability to efficiently close charts within 72 hours



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with Chronic Pain Management

  • Multilingual abilities

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

  • Additional certifications in pain management or related fields



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient family practice environment



Other Requirements:


  • Must have completed or be willing to complete required immunizations prior to credentialing (including flu shot, TB test/X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster titers or series, Tdap within the last 10 years)

  • Credentialing process takes approximately 45-60 days

  • Travel or additional certifications may be reimbursed as applicable

  • Position start date: May 20, 2026

  • Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (competitive benefits package offered)
