Join Our Team as an Emergency Room Nurse – Make a Difference When It Matters Most!

Our leading healthcare facility is seeking compassionate and skilled Emergency Room nurses to join our team starting June 8, 2026. This is your chance to work in a dynamic setting where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes during critical moments.


What You'll Bring:


  • Proven experience in Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units

  • Comfort working in high-pressure situations with diverse patient needs

  • Ability to manage an ER caseload of 5-10 patients on average

  • Experience with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios in Med Surg

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required

  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively



Additional Preferred Skills:


  • Prior experience with trauma or pediatric emergency care

  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

  • Bilingual skills are a plus



Educational & Experience Requirements:


  • Valid nursing license in your state

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience

  • Relevant certifications as specified



Other Requirements:


  • Availability to work from 7 PM to 7 AM on a 12-hour shift

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Must adhere to all facility-specific protocols and standards
