Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
