Requirements:- Current RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (MSN preferred)
- BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, and CNOR required
- Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years OR experience required
- Experience in education, course development, or simulation preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
- Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical education and training for hospital staff
- Develop and deliver curriculum with department leaders
- Serve as resource for healthcare education programs
- Utilize simulation mannequins and software for training
- Evaluate learning outcomes and revise programs as needed
- Collaborate with Quality Management on improvement initiatives
- Support DNV and regulatory education requirements
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and hospital mission
- Assist with Quality Department activities as assigned
