Requirements:

- National certification in infection prevention and control (mandatory or within 2 years).
- **Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of infection control activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
