• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients per day

• Support Staff Available: 4 Front Desk Staff, 3 Medical Assistants, and potential support from 2 APPs
  
• Physician Support: 1 Physician Practice
  
• Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave Coverage
  
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic equipment
  

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered

• Licenses: Active Connecticut license required

• Provide outpatient primary care coverage in a collaborative physician practice

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting

• Manage approximately 20 patients per day

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, medical assistants, and front office staff as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and onboarding requirements
