Requirements:
- CNA Certificate or CNA State License.
- BLS certification.
- **Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
- **Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living and provide nursing care.
- Perform and document rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care.
- Report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Complete required documentation of patient care and clean, maintain equipment.
- Must have own transportation. Publeic transportation is limited and unreliable in this area
- ALL RTO must be approved prior to start of contract
- Every other weekend commitment
- NO OVERTIME available
