Requirements:
- CNA Certificate or CNA State License.
- BLS certification.
- Nurses wear navy blue and CNAs wear gray. Appropriate work shoes should be worn. Crocs are not allowed to be worn in the facility, per policy.
- **RN RATE NOTICE - RN's working on weekdays (3rd shift Sunday thru 2nd shift Friday) will be paid out at the centers LPN approved rate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living and provide nursing care.
- Perform and document rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care.
- Report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Prepare documentation for patient transfers and complete required documentation of patient care.
- Clean, maintain, and check equipment.
- EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED
