Responsibilities:- Assist with activities of daily living and monitor resident health status.
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Document resident care accurately and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
