Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in cardiovascular or perioperative nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; CNOR or specialty CVOR certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac surgeries.
- Circulate or scrub during procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team.
- Administer medications and maintain sterile technique.
- Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff.
