This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs, Nurse Anesthetists, and Advanced Practice Anesthesia Professionals looking to work in a high-acuity clinical environment alongside dedicated surgical and anesthesia teams covering a diverse and engaging caseload.

Locum CRNA Responsibilities

Administer and manage anesthesia for general, orthopedic, and OB surgical cases
Perform regional nerve blocks and neuraxial anesthesia techniques
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Monitor patient hemodynamics and physiological parameters throughout procedures, adjusting anesthesia as needed
Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely anesthesia documentation and records
Locum CRNA Requirements

Current CRNA certification through NBCRNA
Active Texas APRN licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
Experience with general, orthopedic, OB, and regional block cases
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work independently
Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment
Schedule

Flexible scheduling: 3x12s (standalone or with an additional 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift) OR 2x12s combined with 2x10s or 2x8s
Non-consecutive shift scheduling required
