Our client is seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to join their exceptional team in north-central Minnesota.

- Well-Equipped Critical Access Hospital – 25-bed facility serving a regional population of 75,000+ with 30+ specialty services on-site.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Base salary $414,669 - $536,631, plus additional earnings from wRVUs and incentives.

Work Schedule & Expectations
Surgical & Clinic Schedule:
• OR Blocks: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 12:30 PM
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday, 1 PM – 4 PM (Alternating Friday AM clinic)
• Flexible scheduling available to match patient demand & surgeon preferences
Call Coverage:
• 1:3 Call (121 days/year)
• Additional call available for extra compensation
• Emergency C-section privileges preferred but not required
