Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 24 Hour Shifts: 7a-5p onsite, 5p-7a call. Shifts are almost always 24 hours, but occasionally a stretch will start at 5pm.
• Job Setting: Inpatient GI hospital coverage across 3 hospitals (UPMC Harrisburg, UPMC West Shore, UPMC Community)
• Types of Cases: 24/7 GI Call coverage requiring consultation, GI procedures including advanced ERCP & EUS, rounding on inpatients, performing consultations, performing procedures (Colonoscopy, EGD, EUS, PEGs, Esophageal Varices & Stenting, ERCPs), follow ups, and discharging patients
• Credentialing: Start date is ASAP Pending privileges

Minimum Requirements

• Certifications: Must be able to perform both EUS and ERCPs
• Availability: Must have at least 7 days availability monthly
