We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide Cardiac Surgery inpatient care as a locum tenens provider near New Haven, CT. This position offers a flexible schedule with ASAP - Ongoing availability, and the ideal candidate should have experience in cardiac surgery inpatient care, particularly pre- and post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients.

Position Overview:

• Position: NP/PA - Cardiovascular Surgery


• Location: Near New Haven, CT


• Schedule: Flexible, with three 13-hour night shifts per week, including rotating weekends


• Dates: ASAP - Ongoing

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide care for pre- and post-cardiac surgery patients in the ICU, CVU, and inpatient units


• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons to deliver high-quality patient care


• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage post-operative care


• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for cardiac patients

Schedule:

• Shift Type: 13-hour night shifts

Job Requirements:
