Description -4 month LOA coverage supporting the Risk Adjustment Team -Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -Multiple Clinics; Orange County locations (Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport, Irvine, San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Tustin). Nurse Practitioner would travel to a different clinic daily, no more than 2 clinics per day. Skills -Must have experience in coding and documentation . -At least 1-2 years of recent clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. -Experience with senior wellness visits; chronic condition management and coding, quality care gap management required. it will be outpatient setting, working alongside primary care providers across all our Orange County clinics. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
