Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the Epic EMR system.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs.
  
• Participate in clinical workflows as scheduled Monday through Friday.
  
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in accordance with facility standards.
