Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Endocrinologist • Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time • Location: Carrollton, GA • Service Setting: Outpatient • Schedule: Monday – Friday daytime clinic schedule • On-Call Expectations: Minimal / Rotational as required by group PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Adults with endocrine and metabolic disorders • Average Daily Volume / Census: Approximately 18–22 patients per day • Admissions & Rounding: Not Included – Outpatient practice • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS • EMR System: EPIC systemwide with Abridge AI medical scribe assistant • Specialty Backup: Full specialty support available through Tanner Health System • Support Staff: Established care team including Advanced Practice Provider and experienced nursing/support staff • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within Tanner Medical Group • Reason for Opening: Growth within the region and expansion of endocrine services for a service area exceeding 400,000 residents CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology • DEA & Certifications: Active DEA required; BLS certification preferred • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS • Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000 moving allowance • Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
