Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Otolaryngologist • Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time • Location: Columbus, NE • Service Setting: Hospital-Employed Practice • Schedule: Full-time clinic and surgical schedule; details to be discussed during interview • On-Call Expectations: Shared call rotation; details to be discussed • Start Date: Negotiable PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adult Patients • Average Daily Volume / Census: Strong existing and growing demand for ENT services in the region • Admissions & Rounding: As clinically appropriate • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Otolaryngology including medical and surgical ENT care FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS • Beds in Department/Unit: Acute care facility serving Platte County and seven surrounding counties • Trauma Designation: Level III Trauma Center • EMR System: State-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical systems • Specialty Backup: Strong in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist programs with full specialty support • Support Staff: Excellent nursing staff and collaborative medical team • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed position within established ENT practice • Reason for Opening: Growth within a well-respected and expanding ENT service line CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology • DEA & Certifications: DEA required; additional certifications as applicable • Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing process • Visa Sponsorship: To be discussed * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
