Description Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Hematology & Oncology • Job Type: Locum-to-Permanent • Facility Location: Plymouth & Mishawaka, IN • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-430p • Call Schedule: Nights - Mishawaka: 3 days - Plymouth: 2 days • Shift/Call Coverage: Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) & Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings. • Patient Volume: Ave. of 30 per day • Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric • % of Practice: Hem 50%, Onc 50% • Duties: - Participation on a Tumor Board - Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants - Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images - Prescribes • Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy • EMR: Epic • Other Info: Administration of Chemo will be by the physician and nurse oncologist. • Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active IN License • BC * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
