Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Endocrinologist • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Location: Mountain Home, AR • Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic • Coverage Type: Clinical, Outpatient Only • Clinical Shift Schedule: Weekday office hours (exact hours TBD) PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults with endocrine disorders including diabetes • Patient Volume/Census: To be built collaboratively; Diabetes Clinic support in place • Case Mix: Endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes care FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: Not specified • Specialty Backup: Yes – collaboration with APRN and RN Diabetes Educator • Support Staff Available: Full clinic support team, including clinical educators and nursing PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: No (100% outpatient) • Credentialing Timeline: TBD COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity • Bonuses: Commencement bonus • Relocation: Assistance provided • Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) • Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
