Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Required Skills:
- Valid and current RN license
- Mandatory AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex situations
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous OR nursing experience
- Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
- Familiarity with hospital electronic health record systems
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing clinical environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience
- Prior experience in a similar surgical specialty is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shifts from 9a-9p (schedule varies)
- Must adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure and certification
- No local candidates within 50 miles; this position requires relocation or travel
- The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting 06/15/2026
- Weekly pay at $52.96/hour, with benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program
