We are seeking passionate professionals to join our esteemed operating room team at Northside Atlanta Campus. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working alongside experienced teams to deliver exceptional surgical services and contribute to life-changing procedures.


What You Bring to the Table:


  • Valid RN license and current BLS certification from AHA; ACLS certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an OR setting, with proficiency in robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, gyn, urology, or thoracic surgeries.

  • Strong skills in patient assessment, perioperative care, and teamwork.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a high case volume (28-55 cases daily).

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.



Additional Skills That Are a Plus:


  • Experience with XI robotic systems and advanced surgical technologies.

  • Certification or training in specialty areas such as neuro or thoracic surgery.

  • Flexibility to handle varied case types and services.



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.

  • At least two years of recent OR nursing experience in a busy hospital setting.



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to work scheduled hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including 13-week assignments.

  • Willingness to travel if required; we offer travel and licensure reimbursements.

  • Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and adherence to safety standards.
