What You'll Need to Succeed:


  • Valid RN license in your state of employment or a valid compact license

  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)

  • Experience caring for a wide range of patients, including perioperative and critical care cases

  • Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts within the typical 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM schedule and adapt to changing needs



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Prior perioperative RN residency or recent experience in OR/perioperative settings

  • Knowledge of advanced nursing protocols and patient education

  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in PACU or related specialties



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to attend a comprehensive orientation within the first 30 days of hire

  • Willingness to work multiple shifts as needed, supporting the unit’s dynamic schedule

  • Travel reimbursement and other benefits provided, including licensure and certification reimbursements
